User Registration

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than just a username and password to access an account. It demands two or more credentials from different categories—knowledge (password), possession (phone/token), or inherence (biometrics)—making it 99% less likely for an account to be hacked. MFA is essential because it prevents unauthorized access even if a password is stolen, phished, or guessed. It is considered a standard best practice for securing sensitive data.

Security Questions and Answers are vital pieces of account information that are used to verify account ownership and help maintain your account safety. Use your trusted device to set up and update your questions and answers. You are required to set up Security Questions and Answers as part of the Reviewer Registry account creation process.

Reviewers are professionals and subject matter experts (SMEs) capable of objectively evaluating a competitive group of grant applications. They use their expertise and skills to assess the applications according to the evaluation criteria and contribute to the panel discussions by producing accurate and substantive evaluations. Reviewers who evaluate and contribute to the process are chosen on the basis of their knowledge, education and their previous experiences.

The major reason for collecting the resume is for the proper evaluation of each reviewer profile and registering it in our database. It will help to find the suitable reviewer for future grant evaluation. Moreover, grant reviewer candidates will be exposed to new ideas which they may be able to bring back and implement in the agency.
